General terms and conditions (AGB)

Terms of Sale

Last updated: 26 October 2026 · Draft

1. Scope and provider

1.1 These terms apply to all contracts concluded through louistrawny.com between Louis Trawny, [street, number], [postcode, city], Germany, email [email protected] (“I”, “me”) and my customers (“you”).

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

1.3 Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless I expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Offers

2.1 Louis Trawny Mentorship — 1-on-1 coaching in three phases:

Each phase includes a weekly check-in and access to the community (section 9). Each phase is booked and paid separately and is a separate contract. You decide after each phase whether to book the next one; there is no obligation to do so. Alternatively, you can book the full program (all three phases) as one contract at the price shown.

2.2 LFT Performance — ongoing 1-on-1 coaching: your program is written fully by me and adjusted on an ongoing basis; weekly check-in; access to the community (section 9). Monthly subscription (section 6).

2.3 Training Team — access to my training program in Relay, with RIR/RPE guidance and exercise alternatives. No individual programming or check-ins. Monthly subscription (section 6).

2.4 The content of each offer is as described on the offer page at the time of your order. Programs, logs and check-ins run in the Relay app; check-ins take place by call, voice message, text or Relay.

2.5 1-on-1 places (Mentorship and LFT Performance) are limited. There is no right to be accepted.

3. Conclusion of the contract

3.1 The presentation of the offers on this website is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button on the checkout page (provided by Stripe, or by Relay for the Training Team), you make a binding offer to conclude a contract.

3.2 The contract is concluded when I accept your offer by email or by starting the service. Your payment confirmation alone is not yet an acceptance.

3.3 Before you order, you can check and correct your entries at any time on the checkout page.

3.4 The contract language is English. After conclusion, you receive the contract details and these terms by email. I do not keep the contract text available for you separately.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 The prices shown at the time of the order apply. They are final prices. [“No VAT is charged as I am a small business under § 19 UStG.” — or: “All prices include statutory VAT.”]

4.2 Payment is made in advance via Stripe (Mentorship, full program, LFT Performance) or via Relay (Training Team), using the payment methods offered there.

4.3 Mentorship phases and the full program are due in full when booked. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance on the monthly start date.

4.4 Payment in instalments is only possible by separate agreement in writing.

5. Mentorship: start and duration

5.1 The start date of a phase is agreed during onboarding, at the latest [e.g. 14 days] after booking unless we agree otherwise.

5.2 Phase 1 lasts 9 weeks. Phases 2 and 3 last between 9 and 16 weeks; the exact length is agreed at the start of the phase, based on your goals and progress.

5.3 If you cannot train for a longer period because of illness or injury, we can pause the phase by agreement. The remaining time is then added on.

6. Subscriptions: term and cancellation

6.1 LFT Performance and the Training Team run for one month from the start date and renew automatically for one further month at a time.

6.2 You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month. Cancellation is possible via the page “Verträge hier kündigen · Cancel contracts here”, by email to [email protected], or in Relay (Training Team). You receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email.

6.3 I can cancel a subscription with one month’s notice to the end of a billing month.

6.4 The right of both parties to terminate for good cause without notice remains unaffected.

7. Switching between offers

You can switch from the Mentorship to LFT Performance (or the other way round) after each Mentorship phase or at the end of any LFT Performance month. How amounts already paid are credited is agreed individually before the switch.

8. Your cooperation

8.1 Coaching only works if you take part. You agree in particular to:

8.2 If you do not cooperate, I am not responsible for the results that are missing as a result. The money-back guarantee depends on your cooperation (section 10).

9. Community access

9.1 “Lifetime community access” means access to my online community (currently on Skool) for as long as I operate it, at no extra cost — also after your coaching has ended.

9.2 I may move the community to another platform. If I close the community, I will inform you at least three months in advance.

9.3 The Acceptable Use Policy applies. I can exclude you from the community if you seriously or repeatedly breach it.

10. Money-back guarantee

For every Mentorship phase, the full program and the first month of LFT Performance, I give a voluntary money-back guarantee (“No Results = No Payment”). Its conditions are set out in the Guarantee Terms, which form part of these terms. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

11. Health

I am a strength and conditioning coach, not a doctor or physiotherapist. My services are not medical diagnosis or therapy. Please read the Health & Results Disclaimer before you start.

12. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details: Right of Withdrawal.

13. Rights of use

Programs, videos, documents and other materials are for your personal use only. Details: Copyright & Anti-Piracy.

14. Liability

14.1 I am liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where I have given a guarantee.

14.2 For slight negligence, I am only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely. In that case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

14.3 Otherwise, liability is excluded. These limitations also apply in favour of my assistants.

15. Data protection

How I process your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

16. Final provisions

16.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

16.2 If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is my place of business.

16.3 I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16.4 Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
