Refund Policy

There are three ways to get money back. They exist side by side — using one does not take away the others.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer, you can withdraw from any contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you asked me to start the service during those 14 days, you pay for the part already delivered, in proportion to the whole. Details: Right of Withdrawal. 2. Money-back guarantee — No Results = No Payment

If you do your part and do not reach the result agreed on your benchmarks, you get your money back. Conditions and how to claim: Guarantee Terms.

3. Subscriptions

LFT Performance and the Training Team can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current billing month: Verträge hier kündigen · Cancel contracts here. Months already started are not refunded pro rata, except under 1. or 2.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your withdrawal or of the approval of your guarantee claim. You pay no fees for the refund.
