Before you train
Health & Results Disclaimer

1. Not medical advice
I am a strength and conditioning coach, not a doctor or physiotherapist. My programs, content and advice are training guidance, not medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
2. Check your health first
Before you start training, it is your responsibility to judge whether you are fit to take part. If you have a known health condition, an injury, pain, are pregnant, take medication, or are unsure, get medical clearance first.
3. Training carries risk
Strength, power and conditioning training is physically demanding. Even when done correctly, it carries a risk of injury. Train within your limits, use correct technique and appropriate loads, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Tell me about it at your next check-in, or straight away if it is serious.
4. Results vary
The results shown on this website are real results of individual clients. They depend on starting point, training history, consistency, recovery, nutrition and other individual factors. They are not a promise of the same result for you. What I do guarantee — and under which conditions — is set out in the Guarantee Terms.
5. Testimonials and photos
Testimonials and photos are published with the consent of the clients shown.
